Art Award and Exhibition 2023
The City of Stirling biennial Art Awards and Exhibition is set to return from 4 - 12 November 2023, with an extraordinary collection of 170 new works from established and emerging Western Australian artists. The exhibition is open to the public and free to enjoy with all works available for sale.
The highly anticipated exhibition will feature an exciting public program including tactile tours, a young artists sketch workshop, a local artists networking night with Curator and artists panel, artplay + storytime in the gallery for preschoolers and a special ‘In Conversation’ artists talk with three generations of creative yorga.
The exhibition will be open to the public for viewing from Saturday 4th - Sunday 12th November, 10am-5pm daily.
2023 Lawley Art Auction
The Lawley Art Auction (LAA) is Mount Lawley Senior High School’s (MLSHS) major fund raising event for the Specialist Visual and Performing Arts (SVAPA) and Music Programs.
Funds are used to keep these programs engaging, contemporary, challenging, and rewarding for our highly talented students. The programs aim to hone technical and artistic skill, creativity, curiosity and analytical thinking. Under the guidance of inspiring teachers, many young lives will be enriched, and futures brightened.
Two Artworks from Emily Rose will be up for auction at this year’s bid.
